Talent and Interference Test “Career Choice”.

Aware of the importance of supporting high school and third-year secondary students in their career choice process, we have decided to optimize the presentation of the results of our Talent and Interference Scanning Test in order to provide accurate and relevant information in the following areas:

  • In our system, all careers and human occupations are grouped into three sectors: personal, practical, and systemic. The test identifies and ranks these sectors according to the innate strength of each talent, thereby determining which are the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors in each case. In this way, the student will be able to clearly visualize the professional options that correspond to their highest, moderate, and lowest innate capacities.
  • The test also evaluates the level of availability of each talent, identifying whether there is any interference or if it is fully available for development and application.
  • Additionally, between 8 and 10 complementary indicators are identified, revealing the student’s main areas for improvement. Developing these areas—for example, concentration, patience, tolerance, emotional maturity, among others—will help maximize the use of their abilities and enhance their primary talent.
